Hello, we're the Bell-ka team, and we're going to explain everything you need to know about the shipping information for our products, so read on!
How our system works:
1 - Order placed = Order processing time + Product dispatch time.
2 - The BELL-KA works with international suppliers in Asia, America, Europe and the Middle East. We guarantee that your order will be processed as quickly as possible.
3 - If you have discovered that: 1) your parcel was not delivered within the specified timeframe; 2) the tracking information shows that the parcel was delivered but you did not receive it; or 3) your parcel includes missing/incorrect items or other logistics problems, please contact customer service within 45 days of the payment date so that the above problems can be resolved.
4 - If your parcel has arrived damaged, open or not containing the products you ordered, you must contact Customer Service within 45 days of receiving the parcel. This will not affect your legal rights.
5 - Generally, the parcel will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors.
